Story:
The passing of time as evening follows evening begins with the start of night as indicated by the rising moon. Part in shadow beyond the horizon, part visible lighting up the blackened sky, its mystical glow slowly, poetically transforms these cherry blossoms into fiery flowers. Fluorescent, bright and radiant, almost flickering as the moon traces across the sky bestowing all of its beneficial influences. Time is marked by the phases of this celestial body. Here the full moon, a reflection of a greater Sun and power, imparts a night vision of hope, new birth and tranquility.

Notes on Original Work of Art:
Cherry blossoms heavily embellished by Artist with acrylic and fluorescent paints, with four 16th - 17th century Chinese cash coins at each corner affixed using melted wax collected from temples and monasteries, with gold leaf borders hand-rubbed by Artist with a chenille baby blanket, and finished gold leaf edges.

Notes on Giclée:
Acrylic and fluorescent paints on fine watercolor paper veiled with Japanese rice lace, framed by fragments of 17th century epic poems and music composed for the Japanese Imperial Court, accented at each corner with a 16th - 17th century Chinese cash coin affixed with melted wax collected from temples and monasteries, bordered on all sides by gold lead hand-rubbed with a chenille baby blanket.
